INVITATIONS SUR MESURE & PAPETERIE DU JOUR-J
Nous sommes spécialisés dans la conception de papeterie de mariage sur mesure, créée avec soin à l’image à votre événement et votre histoire unique. Nos invitations de mariages (et autres événements) ainsi que notre papeterie du Jour-J sont idéaux pour ceux et celles qui recherchent un design unique qui garantira une esthétique cohérente tout au long de l'événement, du Save the Date jusqu’aux cartes de remerciement.

THE PROCESS

CONSULTATION
The custom design process starts by providing details about your wedding/event and your vision for your invitations and/or Day-Of stationery such as: the desired style, the event color palette, the list of items you need, the quantity, any specific embellishment you want incorporated in the design, etc. Ideally, share with us some visual inspirations (individual photos or a Pinterest board) as it's going to help us understand what you love. The more information you share with us, the better we can advise you on materials, sizes and printing methods and prepare a precise quote for your needs. We prefer to discuss your vision via email as there are many details to share and we do not want to lose track of them in the process. If you are a visual person, we can meet via video-call to answer your questions, but keep in mind that most of our communications will be via email during the design process.

PROPOSAL
Once we have an idea of the event's aesthetic and your needs, we will send you a detailed proposal including the design fees, the printing fees and any other extra fees (i.e. embellishments and envelopes purchases, assembly, delivery, etc). We also prepare a one-pager design moodboard with inspirations and color palette to make sure we are going in the same direction regarding your stationery design. After examining the offer and deciding if you want to proceed with us, the next step is to sign and returning the quote to us and proceed with the first payment. A 50% retainer is due at booking to start the design process with us (details will be on the last page of your proposal regarding the payments).
DESIGN
Now, the fun part begins! At this stage, you will need to provide us all the wordings /infos for your stationery. Don’t worry, we will give you a list of the details we need to start. After having received the majority of the required information, we can start the creative process. Please allow us 10 to 15 business days for this step. You will then receive a realistic digital mock-up of our design proposal. From there, it’s going to be easier for you to see the overall look and give us your thoughts and required changes. Note that 3 rounds of revisions are included in the cost of the custom design. Each additional round of revisions will be charged at a fee of 50.00$ CAD.

PRODUCTION
Once you are 100% happy with the final design and we have your written approval of the final digital proof, we are now ready to send your files into production. We will then issue the final invoice with the remaining balance. Depending on the chosen printing method and materials, the production time may vary between 15 to 20 business days. That is why we aim to start the production at least 1 month prior to the date you need the physical copies of your stationery. After your order is printed (and assembled if needed), we will deliver your stationery within 3 business days.
NOTES 01.
MAILING SERVICE FOR INVITATIONS
We do not offer mailing services for the wedding/event invitations. This step is the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, stamp cost or delays by the post office.
NOTES 02.
DAY-OF STATIONERY DELIVERY
For Day-Of stationery, we only offer the printing and delivery in the area of Montreal, QC and surrounding areas (2h drive max).
